This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and respected contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance programmes across social housing stock. You will play a key role in the commercial management of planned works projects, ensuring cost control, value for money and contractual compliance across the programme. The Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied social housing properties.
