Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Joiner with an eye for detail to work across our vibrant organisation.
You will receive £16.59 per hour x 37 hours per week (£31,923 per annum).
What You’ll Do:
* Undertake joinery repairs within Halton Housing's properties, safely and to a high standard.
* Manage your van and stock within it.
* Meet standards and targets for productivity and efficiency.
* Recognise and report any issues you discover in customers’ homes.
* Liaise with third parties, the public, and customers whilst carrying out your duties in a courteous and professional manner.
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience working in joinery.
* NVQ or equivalent in joinery.
* A solid working knowledge of joinery as a core trade, with proven understanding of other trades' basic functions and their relation to joinery.
* Good customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately and consistently.
* Understanding and awareness of applicable Health and Safety procedures.
