We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen at Badger Group which is a social enterprise that works with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, local Councillors & MPs and GPs to deliver best patient care.
We are seeking a Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR department. Experienced in management of change, TUPE, policy development and review, ER cases up to and including ETs.
You will:
* Provide timely and accurate advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases.
* Support investigations and hearings, ensuring procedural fairness and legal compliance.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to resolve complex ER issues.
* Monitor trends in employee relations and contribute to proactive solutions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and internal policies.
* Assist in policy development and training delivery related to ER topics.
* Support the organisation in navigating self-employed status, ensuring correct classification, engagement terms, and risk mitigation (e.g., IR35).
