Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Romford
The Opportunity
An established and growing joinery business is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, with occasional client interaction.
Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate cost estimates based on architectural drawings and specifications
* Interpret and analyze plans, elevations, and technical drawings
* Complete detailed material take-offs
* Liaise with internal teams and occasionally attend client meetings (including travel to London when required)
* Maintain clear and organized documentation using standard office software
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years\' experience as a joinery estimator
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Confident working independently and within a team
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Comfortable in client-facing situations
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to location)
