We are currently working with a range of mainstream primary and secondary schools, as well as specialist provisions in and around Staines, who are seeking full-time SEND Teaching Assistants to join their teams for the 2025–2026 academic year. Earlier starts are also available for the right candidates. These schools support students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning differences. Whether in a mainstream classroom or a small-group setting, your role will be vital in helping young people reach their full potential. The Role – SEND Teaching Assistant You’ll support students who need extra help with their learning and personal development, working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists.
