Client: BAE Systems Job Title: AssociateProcess Engineer Duration: 12 months Location : Glascoed NP15 1XL - 3 days per week on-site Hourly Rate: £28.00 PAYE or £37.61 Umbrella Working Arrangements: - 37hrs per week Key Responsibilities : Develop manufacturing documentation for manufacturing processes in line with engineering plans and business requirements to ensure compliance with statutory legislation. Author technical specifications for plant and equipment, ensuring appropriate stakeholders review and approve technical specifications. Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for manufacturing processes, ensure SOPs align to process control documentation i.e. Process Control Plans, PFMEA and risk assessment. Develop and maintain documentation suites that support manufacture of product and support safe operation of process i.e. manufacturing plans and risk assessment. Coordinate and manage project data files capturing process and plant information; to include acceptance testing, trials and commissioning. Skills & Qualifications : A national engineering qualification or a time served apprenticeship in an engineering discipline. Experience within a Process, Manufacturing or Production engineering environment. You have been part of a team that is responsible for the generation of supporting documentation for a manufacturing capability i.e. Manufacturing plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions. You have experience in drafting technical specifications for manufacturing plant and equipment.
