JOB TITLE: Junior Control Systems Engineer
LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: £35 - 40k
We’re looking for a Junior Control Systems Engineer to join a growing automation team in the Merseyside area.
This is a great opportunity if you’ve got 1–2 years of experience and want to build a career in industrial automation. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, helping design, build, and test systems used in real-world environments.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the development of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
* Helping integrate software and hardware
* Getting involved in testing (FAT/SAT) and occasional site work
* Assisting with technical documentation
* Learning on the job and building your automation skills
What we’re looking for
* Around 1–2 years’ experience in software or automation
* Any PLC programming or control systems experience
* Willingness to learn and get stuck in
