The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a growing Corporate team with strong momentum, high-quality work, and clear ambitions. The firm is investing in its Corporate practice as well as Oil and Gas and is looking for individuals who want to be part of that growth story.
Work includes:
* M&A and strategic transactions
* Corporate structuring and advisory
* Shareholder arrangements and governance
* Exposure to Oil & Gas within a broader Corporate practice
At this level, your role will extend beyond delivery into client development, strategy, and team growth.
What They’re Looking For
* Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner-level Corporate lawyer
* Strong technical background and commercial approach
* Proven ability to manage clients and contribute to business development
* A portable client base or a clear, credible growth plan
Candidates without a significant following may still be considered where there is clear evidence of:
