About the Role: Liverpool Based - Hybrid working model Specialising in semi-independent living support Registered Manager overseeing up to 3 homes Strategic role with scope to influence and lead the development of the service. Oversee the provision of person-centred care, support, and guidance to promote well-being and independence. Develop and manage the service budget, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and adherence to financial targets. Monitor expenditure, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality of care.
