Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Barista Duties:
1. Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service
2. Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions
3. Preparing food and drinks carefully and to our high standards
4. Ensuring the display is always well stocked
5. Managing stock levels and identifying ordering requirements
6. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
7. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Barista Requirements:
1. You'll have a proven background in high volume cafes or coffee shops
2. Passionate, friendly, diligent and a great team player
3. Reliable and trustworthy
4. Ability to display passion for everything about coffee
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. A positive attitude with the ambition to progress
7. Good organisational skills
