Production Operatives
Location: Long Buckby
Pay: £14.00/hour + £0.50/hour performance bonus
Shifts:Monday to Friday 8 to 10 hr days - flexible on start and finish times to suit your needs.

What Youll Do:
1. Operate and monitor machinery for a small-scale processing plant
2. Run hourly quality checks on finished products
3. Adjust machinery via PLC panels or on-machine settings
4. Assist with minor maintenance and changeovers
5. Manage simple production paperwork accurately
6. Coordinate with other departments (quality, yard, logistics)
7. Load/unload raw and finished materials using a forklift or telehandler (training provided)
