Project Manager - Construction Location: Lymington / Hampshire Salary: Up to £60,000 package (DOE) Project Manager / Project Surveyor – Lymington – Excellent Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager / Project Surveyor to join our growing team in our brand-new Sway office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with high standards, strong technical ability, and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. The Role You will take full responsibility for managing construction projects from initial conception through to completion, including: * Planning, coordinating and overseeing all project stages * Managing building contracts, ensuring full compliance and issuing necessary notices (payments, delays, instructions, etc.) * Monitoring performance to ensure projects meet specification, programme, budget and quality targets * Procuring and appointing contractors and suppliers, maintaining strong working relationships * Ensuring health & safety compliance across all sites * Reviewing costs, valuations and issuing variations and contract instructions * Preparing tender documentation, evaluating returns and reporting * Attending site meetings and providing clients with clear updates on progress and costs * Supporting cost planning and value engineering activities About You We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong construction project expertise. You will have: * Proven experience managing construction projects (residential, commercial or education preferred) * Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office * Solid understanding of CDM, Building Regulations and construction processes * Excellent client-facing and communication skills * MRICS qualification preferred but not essential We welcome applicants from a range of professional backgrounds, including Quantity Surveyors, Project Surveyors, Contract Managers and Project Managers.
