The role
will primarily be based on-site, but for the right candidate could accommodate 1 day a week working remotely.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
2. Prior experience leading a finance team and strong management skills
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a business partner to key stakeholders
4. Experience operating in a group structure, with 'hands-on' experience of an SME environment
5. Strong technical skills and competency
6. Change management experience or systems improvement experience would be highly advantageous.
7. Experience using Netsuite would also be advantageous.
