Together, we move English language learning forward.

About the Role

We are looking for a thoughtful and collaborative Product Manager to help shape the strategy for one of our key digital focus areas. In this role, you will guide the direction, user experience, operational efficiency, and overall success of the digital platforms, services, or solutions within your remit. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from early ideation through to retirement, ensuring each stage supports customer needs and aligns with our broader business objectives.

Working closely with other Digital Product Managers, Product Designers, Business Product Owners, and colleagues across teams and divisions, you will help identify opportunities, prioritise requirements, and develop a clear and responsive product roadmap. Your approach will be grounded in insight: understanding customer challenges, monitoring the competitive landscape, commissioning and reviewing research, and acting as an advocate for the customer perspective in decision‑making. You will also work with internal and external partners, including suppliers, to ensure products and features are delivered effectively and sustainably.

We are seeking someone who can bring clarity, openness, and curiosity to product development. You will support communication across the organisation, contribute to training and demonstrations, and help ensure changes are well embedded. If you are motivated by delivering user‑centred digital products, building positive working relationships, and contributing to meaningful outcomes for customers, we would be pleased to hear from you.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

* Familiar with a variety of project management methodologies including Lean Product Management and Agile.
* Demonstrable understanding of commercial and financial planning.
* Build and manage successful, collaborative relationships with customers, commercial partners, and colleagues.
* Demonstrable experience of successfully embedding change is desirable.
* Communication, networking and influencing within a matrix structure: to find a consensus and a way forward which balances needs.

We are open to discussing flexibility in respect to working patterns, dependent on role. We also have a great variety of active employee networks and societies.

We help make your money go further by contributing to your pension up to 12%, offering loans and savings schemes through our partnership with Salary Finance, in addition to travel to work schemes and access to a wide range of local discounts.

This role comes with the added benefit of a discretionary annual payment.
