We are currently looking for 2 National Account Executives to join our Commercial team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract:
1 x National Account Executive (Out of Home and Independent Convenience)
1 x National Account Executive (Retail)
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Support on tasks on Customer Account Management, being proactive in ensuring that all customers get a right first time service when it comes to all administrative parts of the role, and that this is always completed in good time
2. Monitor/identify market trends and make recommendation based upon key insights
3. Positively raise the profile of the Yeo Valley business within the customer through establishing and maintaining a strong set of relationships with key external stakeholders
4. Communicate key messages to the wider business in a professional and timely manor
5. Provide promotional ROI analysis and make suggestions for refinement of the promotional plan in both customers
6. Provide administrative support in event planning including promotions, trade shows, new launches, de-lists and distribution changes for all products supplied to the customer base
7. Where appropriate liaise with the Yeo Valley Artwork team and help to ensure that key deadlines are met within the launch critical path
8. Project Manage bespoke projects across the wider business function with defined objectives to be achieved with your customer/s.

Essential:
9. Strong interpersonal skills
10. Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
11. Diligent in compiling and maintaining reports, responses and paperwork and the ability to assimilate product knowledge / new concepts quickly
12. Ability to effectively monitor category performance against plan and communicate accordingly
13. Demonstrates strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
14. Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally within company and the customer
15. Able to work to tight or challenging deadlines
16. Self-motivated and adaptable; able to juggle multiple priorities
17. Numeracy, literacy and presentation skills
Desirable:
18. Previously held a position that had some degree of customer contact
19. Previous experience of the food industry (ideally chilled/Frozen)
