Seasonal Reservation Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract - London Join our Reservation Team this festive period! Our Reservation Coordinator should be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days from 9am to 6pm including weekends, on a 45 hour per week contract. No extensive holidays can be considered during seasonal contracts due to business needs. Key Accountabilities Manage all restaurant bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms Assist in planning and organising group bookings and special requests Manage payments and prepayments through SevenRooms, including issuing payment links when required Liaise with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure all reservation details and special requirements are communicated clearly Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or modifications with care We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience: Experience within a reservations or customer service role, ideally within a Hospitality or luxury setting Familiarity with SevenRooms, Zendesk, and OpenTable is desirable A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure We are committed to developing your career and nurturing your talent, regardless of age; disability; gender reassignment; marriage and civil partnership; pregnancy and maternity; race; religion or belief; sex; sexual orientation.
