Responsibilities
* Represent your hotel as the go-to person for your team, our guests, and external service providers and partners in all matters
* Build a strong team by taking charge of recruitment, onboarding, and development while fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere
* Roll up your sleeves because you’re not just a manager but an active part of the team – leading by example
* Keep a sharp eye on the numbers, stick to the set budgets, and manage forecasting and cost control with precision
* Spot trends, streamline processes, and stay ahead of the game with strategic planning to keep your hotel moving forward
* Make sure everything runs smoothly by ensuring compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and other legal requirements
* Bring the Ruby Spirit to life by implementing our internal styles and maintaining quality standards
* Work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected
Qualifications
* Completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration
* Extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
* Strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management
* A motivating and charismatic leader with an authentic and loyal nature, both a team lead and a team player
* A warm and welcoming personality and strong communication skills
* A knack for charming guests with a hands-on mentality
* Speaking English fluently
