The Opportunity
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, offering genuine technical breadth and early client exposure. Work will include:
1. Probate and estate administration (taxable and non-taxable estates)
2. Drafting and advising on Wills, from straightforward to complex matters
3. Creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
4. Inheritance tax planning and succession advice
5. Direct client contact from an early stage, with increasing autonomy as you develop
This is not a narrow role — it is an opportunity to build real depth across all areas of Private Client work.

We are looking for someone who is:
6. An NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
7. Confident communicator with a strong client service ethos

10. Comfortable engaging in business development and building their profile in the local market
