In this role, you will deliver high-impact multi-media pieces within the scope of our core products and overarching brand programs with minimal assistance.
The ideal candidate possesses a broad, working understanding of design, writing, technical development, and digital publishing, backed by deep, specialized domain expertise in multi‑media and video production (including pre‑production, physical production, and post‑production workflows). You will act as a vital cross‑functional bridge, translating creative visions into
compelling, audience‑centric stories while proactively solving complex pipeline hurdles.
Culture Fit: Beyond technical execution, we are looking for a collaborative leader dedicated to fostering psychological safety, championing inclusive decision‑making, and cultivating an environment where diverse perspectives thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* End‑to‑End Content Delivery: Lead, drive, and produce moderate to highly complex content projects, with a specific focus on navigating diverse and high‑fidelity video production lifecycles.
* Strategic Pre‑Production Planning: Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to build clear, thorough pre‑production plans detailing target audience profiling, comprehensive schedules, resource allocation, and proactive risk mitigation.
* Creative & Technical Oversight: Evaluate campaign content to guarantee absolute alignment with overarching technical and creative visions. Independently conduct cross‑discipline evaluations, direct nuanced creative adjustments, and guide projects to optimal maturity.
* Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal cross‑functional teams, external creative agencies, freelancers, and third‑party production vendors.
* Process Innovation: Identify multiple strategic approaches to defined production problems, introducing creative styles, emerging techniques, and operational improvements to optimize delivery.
* Inclusive Leadership: Champion the company's Core Values and Code of Conduct. Actively build a high‑trust environment by facilitating inclusive meetings, mitigating bias, and remaining highly adaptive to varying cultural norms and communication styles.
Minimum Qualifications & Proficiency
* Domain Expertise: Solid background in Core Marketing principles with proven, deep expertise guiding physical and digital video production pipelines from concept to final delivery.
* Project Management Effectiveness: Demonstrated ability to map intricate timelines, juggle multiple concurrent project tracks, work autonomously, and successfully navigate shifting priorities.
* Partner & Relationship Management: High emotional intelligence with a track record of successfully managing expectations across internal stakeholders and external creative partners.
* Strategy & Planning: Strong analytical skills to map content concepts against tangible target audience demographics and commercial business goals.
* Operational Core Competencies: Foundational knowledge in project budgeting, asset resource allocation, content management system (CMS) operations, and broader industry trends.
* Craft Contribution: Strong fundamental capability to actively assist and make production solutions "real" through a background in writing, layout design, or hands‑on media production.
