TRAINING COORDINATOR
Opportunity to join a successful food manufacture in the Leeds area, supporting all site based training from inductions, skills development, and compliance.
You will be part of a team driving training agenda, working with department managers, and senior leaders to deliver excellent training and update matrix.
* Being a food manufacture elements of training include food safety and technical compliance
* Keep accurate training records both paper and digital for audits
* Working with Engineering, Technical, HR, Operations teams
Experience
* Deliver engaging operational training
* Strong presentation and coaching skills
* Organised with excellent planning, and time management
* User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Monday to Friday
* Flexibility to cover all shifts on occasions AM, PM, Nights
