Buckinghamshire College Group is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our innovative and forward-thinking Marketing team. This is a key role within a fast-paced and ambitious Marketing team, ideally suited to a strong digital marketer with a proven track record in delivering impactful, multi-channel campaigns. You will bring hands-on experience of managing websites and content management systems, alongside expertise in CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns. You will play a central role in shaping and delivering campaigns that drive engagement, recruitment and reputation across a range of audiences, including Adult learners, Apprenticeships and Employer partnerships. In addition, you will lead on communications and promotional activity to build awareness and excitement around the new College campus. As a Marketing Executive, you will: Support the delivery of the College's Marketing and Communication Strategies, strengthening its reputation for high-quality technical skills and training Manage and maintain website content using the College's CMS, ensuring it is engaging, up-to-date and optimised for user experience and conversion Use HubSpot to create, manage and analyse targeted email marketing campaigns, building workflows to nurture prospective students and stakeholders Develop and implement campaigns to support Adult, Apprenticeship and Employer recruitment, tailoring messaging to each audience Lead communications and promotional campaigns to generate excitement and engagement around the new College campus and facilities What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns and engaging content Strong understanding of marketing principles, communications strategies and audience engagement Experience creating high-quality written content, including press releases, digital copy and promotional materials Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics to monitor and improve performance Ability to capture and edit photo and video content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment A proactive, creative and innovative approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Media or Communications is essential; a professional qualification (e.g. CIM) is desirable Why join Buckinghamshire College Group?
