Role: Field IT Support Engineer (MSP Environment)

The Role
As a Field IT Support Engineer, you will be a vital part of our client services team, providing on-site technical support to various businesses. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with customer service, offering diverse daily challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide on-site and remote 1st to 2nd line support to clients
2. Diagnose, resolve, or escalate hardware and software issues
3. Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
4. Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi
5. Maintain documentation for client environments and service activities
6. Collaborate with internal service desk and project teams
7. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively
What You'll Need
1. At least 2 years in a technical support role, MSP experience is advantageous
2. Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
3. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure
4. Strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, methodical approach
5. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites
