We’re looking for a passionate individual with a strong foundation in Computer Science to join our team as a Junior SAP Support Consultant. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll offer extensive training and support to transform your academic knowledge into practical skills.

What we want from you
As a Junior SAP Support Consultant, you will possess the following professional attributes:
* A recent degree in Computer Science, or a related field
* Operating systems exposure in both Windows and Linux
* Understanding of computer networking concepts
* Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders
* Self-motivated with the ability to learn new areas
* Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
Your day-to-day
In this role you will be involved in both project and support work. Using your existing IT Skills and newly acquired SAP application training, you will support our customers by improving their business through the use of SAP technologies. This will cover areas such as new functionality, upgrades, high availability and cloud migrations.
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Advising customers on best practice.
* Assisting customers deploy cutting edge technologies into their business.
* Exposure to enterprise grade IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
* Becoming an expert in multiple operating systems and databases.
* Troubleshooting and finding solutions to issues our customers raise
