You will play a key role in supporting the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing adoption of pharmacy automation and digital medicines management solutions. Acting as a bridge between clinical pharmacy practice and technology, you will help ensure seamless system integration, effective user training, and a high-quality client experience throughout the full customer lifecycle. Your day to day Assist in delivering structured training programmes on pharmacy automation and digital medicines management platforms (e.g. robotic dispensing systems, electronic medication administration records (eMAR), automated dispensing lockers) Support the onboarding and implementation of new client sites, ensuring smooth system configuration and go-live processes Provide high-quality technical and operational support to existing customers, working collaboratively with the wider support and development teams Assist in system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance standards are met Contribute to project coordination for new installations, upgrades, and system enhancements Analyse customer feedback, workflow challenges, and usage data to inform product improvements and service optimisation Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support innovation, business cases, and product development initiatives Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client engagements Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota and undertake travel across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK as required Contribute to continuous service development through insights, digital optimisation suggestions, and process improvement initiatives About you Essential: Experience gained in a busy pharmacy environment - we welcome applications from Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, ACTs, or individuals with robotic dispensing/automation experience A genuine interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and system optimisation A passion for customer service, training delivery, and knowledge sharing Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Analytical mindset with an interest in research and continuous improvement Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites Desirable (but not essential): Experience supporting pharmacies or care homes with pouching robots or automated dispensing systems Exposure to system implementation, software configuration, or digital healthcare platforms Interested in finding out more?
