We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Driven to succeed, passionate about property and happy to be in constant communication with people.

Key Duties include:
· Booking and carrying out viewings.
· Securing tenants for all properties new to the market.
· Providing feedback to Landlords.
· Working to deadlines.
· Registering applicants.
· Negotiating and agreeing new lets.
Requirements
* Driving licence essential (pool car available)
* Proven experience in a sales or lettings role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with property management software is an advantage but not mandatory.
* A full driving licence (Pool car available)
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Starting salary from £24,500pa depending on experience plus a competitive commission structure.
