Job Description:
Ideal Applicant:
Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Onboarding Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be certified in both Onboarding and Recruitment, but consultants certified only in Onboarding will also be considered. This is not a sponsored role - you must have existing right to work in the UK or Ireland without sponsorship.
Job Purpose:
To ensure successful implementation by meeting client requirements, advising on impacts, guiding on options, providing best practices, and driving adoption. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
SuccessFactors Certifications Required:
* Onboarding (THR97) Certification is required
* Recruitment Management (THR83) is ideal
* Recruitment Marketing (THR84) is ideal
Certifications must be active, in date, and valid.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment as SME
* Manage projects and documentation according to SAP methodology
* Support and advise during UAT and data migration
* Support upgrades and train super users
* Understand project economics and deliver within budget
* Update and maintain product knowledge
* Support implementation of new/revised processes
* Develop and embed support processes into the business
* Participate in governance forums and provide SME expertise
* Manage operational administration of Performance Management and Compensation solutions
* Build relationships and work with the Support team for ongoing maintenance
Person Specification:
Required Experience:
* Experience as HR practitioner preferred
* Associate Certification required
* Proven success in at least four implementations/support of SuccessFactors modules
* Client engagement skills
* HR systems integration knowledge
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders
