Job Details
* As a Junior Release Engineer you will support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines).
* Assist with deployments across development, test, and production environments.
* Collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver new features and releases.
* Help plan and execute software releases, including rollback processes.
* Monitor deployments and resolve environment‑related issues.
* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
Skills we would love you to have
* Strong interest in DevOps and willingness to learn.
* Some experience in an IT, DevOps, or software environment (internship, placement, or junior role).
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
* Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g. Azure Pipelines).
* Exposure to version control systems such as GitHub.
* Basic scripting skills (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
* Understanding of web applications and software development fundamentals.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
