* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to maintaining patient safety and high-quality healthcare environments.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering or significant equivalent experience
* Recognised management qualification
* Member of a relevant professional Institute (CIBSE, IEE, IHEEM)
Desirable criteria
* Masters in Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Engineering
* Authorised person qualification
Knowledge and Skills
Essential criteria
* Electrical & Mechanical services
* Extensive knowledge of all highly complex Hospital Technical Memorandums [HTMs]
* Estates contract management
Desirable criteria
* BMS
* CDM
General
Essential criteria
* Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing
Experience

* Extensive experience working in a construction or similar environment
