Job Description
One of two receptionists, responsible for providing the reception desk service – including switchboard management; colleague, visitor and guest welcome, day-to-day maintenance of the office & office supplies as well as general ad hoc administrative support & corporate hotel booking management.
This role is 100% office based, with hours of work being Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Key accountabilities include:
* Switchboard – timely, efficient call management
* Welcome & first point of contact service for the office & wider business
* Visitor & contractor hosting
* General administrative support to colleagues
* Responsible for the maintenance & supply of stationery & free issue items
* Responsible for reporting, logging & liaising maintenance & repair as required for office areas
* Contributing to office standards & responsible for maintaining the standard of shared spaces
* First line of support for Click Travel & Concur system
* Corporate hotel booking management for WSH businesses
* Approval of invoices allocated to reception desk.
Qualifications
