Role: Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility required for days & nights.
Requirements:
* Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs.
* Full UK driving licence and ability to drive manual vehicles.
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will utilize the digital app, Nourish, to manage and access care and support plans for the individuals we assist. Prior experience with digital or mobile apps is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.
