We are currently recruiting an Assistant Hospitality & Event Manager to work with our brilliant client based in London.
This is a Monday - Friday position with no evenings - a great work/life balance!

What you’ll be doing:
* ·Overall leadership and accountability of overall operations and performance of the department
* ·Champion excellent customer service and effectively implement all customer communication tools
* ·Work and develop good commercial relationships with internal and commercial clients, ensuring exceptional services always delivered.
* ·A strong ‘on the floor presence’ and line management responsibility for all sections of the department
* ·Focus on delivery of consistent exceptional service for all guests ensuring a seamless customer journey is accomplished.
* ·To manage Hospitality & Events services effectively, using business efficiency tools, organizational skills, and resources to deliver on time, to the required standard and with a guest focus at all times.
* ·To lead a team of Hospitality and Events Team at Locations, in order to deliver quality Food and Service across the entire operation.
* ·Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure correct FOH operations applied
