We’ll give you the guidance and support you need to get started. About the role No two days will be the same! You’ll be: Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including communication difficulties, dysregulation, behavioural challenges, and physical disabilities Working 1:1 with students who need a little extra encouragement Assisting teachers with engaging, inclusive lessons and small-group activities Using your creativity, energy, and empathy to make a real difference every day Who we’re looking for You don’t need to be a qualified TA — just someone who’s passionate about helping young people succeed. We’d love to hear from you if you: Have worked with children or young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, or care – or are keen to start) Are energetic, patient, and ready to get involved Bring creativity, positivity, or even a bit of sporty flair to your day Can communicate calmly and confidently, even when things get lively!
