We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care. Providing a nurturing and supportive home that delivers a safe and stable environment for young people.
Main Purpose of the Job:
Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to one young person in in the home.
Ensure a calm, safe, and structured environment throughout the night.
Monitor and record well-being observations, incidents, and nightly routines.
Liaise with day staff to maintain consistent care through effective handovers.
Support with bedtime routines and any required interventions during the night.
Complete light domestic duties to help maintain a clean and welcoming home.What We're Looking For:
12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)
Must be able to drive and has business insurance
Happy to travel
Accommodation provided
Reliable, flexible and compassionate
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desired but not essential)
