Salary: between £39,434 to £48,198 per annum, plus £3,299 per annum London Weighting.
NonStop Care is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to join an esteemed adoption charity in London, known for its outstanding Ofsted rating and positive reputation, offering a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 3 Social Workers.
* Handle a small caseload, completing adoption assessments.
The role offers hybrid working, combining remote and office work, and is a 12-month permanent position.

Requirements:
