NQ Residential Property Solicitor – Fully Remote | £35,000–£45,000 Join a forward‑thinking, well‑established practice with a steady pipeline of quality work.
I am looking for a capable conveyancing professional to join a small, supportive team of three, working closely with a forward‑thinking consultant. This role offers the flexibility of remote working without the pressure of building your own client base the work is already there and consistently flowing.
The key requirement is simple: You must be able to run residential conveyancing matters end‑to‑end with minimal supervision. If you can confidently manage files from instruction through to post‑completion, this could be an excellent fit.
Who they are open to: While the ideal hire would be an NQ Solicitor, they are equally interested in an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with strong, hands‑on conveyancing experience. Capability matters more than qualification.
What they are looking for:
* Solid experience handling your own caseload independently
* Strong understanding of lender requirements
* Ability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment
* Confidence managing standard transactions from day one
* Exposure to more complex or commercial matters is a bonus, not essential
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, stability and the chance to be part of a modern, well‑run practice without the pressures of business development.
If you would like a role where your experience is genuinely valued and you can hit the ground running, this could be the perfect next step.
If this role is of interest and you have the necessary experience, please contact me as follows:
