We are looking for a friendly and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who is dedicated to providing exceptional client care to join our team in Cwmbran.
Responsibilities
* Taking phone calls, answering queries and booking appointments
* Greeting clients and their pets on arrival
* Check-in patients and verify their information
* Update patient records and ensure attention to detail
* Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
* Dispensing medication
* Maintain cleanliness of reception area and consult rooms
* Administration duties such as emails and signing up clients to our Pet Health Plan
Working pattern
This a part-time role of 17.12 hours per week including 1:4 Saturday mornings 8:30 am - 1 pm. No out of hours.

Qualifications and attributes
We are looking for someone who is organised, able to multitask in a busy environment and someone who can demonstrate a good level of interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
