We are hiring a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. The role involves working with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement systems such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and secure data capture platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience leading complex integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Your role in our mission
1. Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Develop detailed technical design documents based on business and functional requirements.
2. Project Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to define timelines, estimate effort, manage scope, and allocate resources.
3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct configuration engineers and developers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
4. Drive Agile Execution: Oversee Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate sprints.
5. Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure solutions are tested, validated, and meet security, performance, and usability standards.
6. Support Solution Engineering and Presales: Create reusable technical models and reference architectures.
Valued skills and experience
1. Experience in solution implementation, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery with modern and legacy technologies.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3. Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD pipelines; understanding of cloud/on-prem infrastructure and security.
4. Proven experience with ECM, RPA (e.g., UIPath), scanning platforms (e.g., Kofax), and automation tools.
5. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and RUP.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, present solutions, and communicate across global teams.
