A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a full time Studio Administrator to join 5plus Architects in their Manchester studio. We are a talented team of Architects, Interior Designers, Technologists, Urban Designers and Creatives, with studios in London and Manchester. We continually challenge ourselves and preconceptions to deliver thoughtful solutions nationally across a variety of disciplines including, Architecture, Interiors, Urban Design, Graphics, Branding and Wayfinding. You will support the admin and wider project teams. You will oversee general administrative and building-related tasks, including keeping the building clean and tidy, health and safety checks, arranging office moves; maintaining the building equipment contracts and helping to arrange annual social events. You will also be responsible for welcoming visitors, responding to general emails, providing refreshments for meetings, answering incoming calls, taking messages, booking travel and procuring and maintaining stationery stock and other office supplies. No two days will ever be the same! The ideal candidate will want to settle into the role and take it further and will enjoy supporting the smooth running of a busy office. You will be part of a small, friendly and committed team. A recent graduate, someone with solid A-levels or T-levels wanting to kick-start a career in creative support is perfect for this role. You’ll need to be: · Super organised · Friendly and helpful · Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office) · Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list · Detail oriented and accurate · Trustworthy and reliable · Self-motivated · Articulate and a good communicator · Good with English (verbally and written) · Able to work in a team and by yourself Entry level salary, dependant on experience.
