Responsibilities
 * Carry out cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of customers’ drains.
 * Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
 * Conduct surveys and record work details via bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
 * Provide an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
 * Communicate effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
 * Participate in an on‑call rota to help service clients 24/7/365 days a year (one week in four, variable according to business needs).
Qualifications
 * Experience in high‑pressure water jetting and CCTV surveying with a background in commercial drainage beneficial but not essential; full training provided for the right candidate.
 * Confined space entry experience.
 * CSCS tickets.
 * Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
 * Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
 * Willingness to work unsociable hours.
 * Full UK driving licence.
 * Must live in the Lincoln area.
