* A strong basic salary - dependent on experience.

* An OTE of circa £42,000

Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to business growth through exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
* Efficiently register new clients and maintain accurate records.
* Match customer requirements with available properties and schedule viewings accordingly.
* Promote newly listed properties to potential buyers and existing clients.
* Skilled in negotiating offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the business.

* Full UK driving licence and access to personal transport.
