Role
An experienced Software Development Team Lead with commercial experience in modern C# .NET, including at least two years in a leadership or senior mentoring capacity. You’ll need demonstrable frontend expertise with React and a track record of guiding team members through technical challenges. The Software Team Leader will have practical experience leading small development teams, either already as a Tech Lead or in a Senior Developer capacity, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment. You’ll possess strong knowledge of application design, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and relational databases.
Furthermore, you need proven experience championing Agile workflows, modern CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills, the ability to balance technical delivery with team development, and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others whilst solving real‑world problems through technology are essential.
