English and Maths Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: As an English and Maths Tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality tutoring to students in both subjects. Duties include: Developing individualised lesson plans based on students' needs Delivering engaging and interactive lessons Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly Providing feedback to students and parents/guardians on performance Keeping accurate records of student attendance and progress Required Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: A relevant degree in English, Maths, or Education Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Degree in English, Maths, or Education Experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet students' needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with diverse student populations Knowledge of different teaching strategies and methodologies Working Conditions: This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible hours. You may be required to work evenings and weekends based on student availability. The tutoring sessions will take place in Oxfordshire, England.
