This role, alongside your line manager, is focused on managing the buildings, infrastructure and supporting regulations, PPM and reactive works across a range of hard services.
You will be dealing directly with staff and subcontractors to deliver a proactive service which supports the contractual KPI's, SLA's of the business; supporting and delivering the requirements of hard services contracts.

Accountabilities
1. To ensure buildings are maintained and operated in accordance with maintenance schedules, company policies and current legislation.
2. Escorting of subcontractors for various Soft and Hard Service disciplines.
3. Health & Safety
4. Statutory and regulatory compliance.
5. Planned and reactive and planned maintenance.
6. Post duties and temporary cover of Front of House team (where applicable).
7. Reprographics duties (where applicable).
8. Deliveries and collection duties in Company Van
9. Assisting the Records Dept.
10. Be a team member and support Operations colleagues in their support of the Business.
The candidate
11. Previous experience and knowledge of Facilities Management (Hard and soft services).
12. A good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
13. Broad M&E experience, ideally with a building management background.
14. Organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, meeting SLAs and deadlines.
15. Full UK Driving licence as frequent travel to other offices.
