The school is looking to appoint a KS2 Teacher on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 2, using strong subject knowledge, scaffolding and AFL, while supporting pupils with SEND, managing behaviour effectively and delivering targeted interventions and reading strategies.
The successful Teacher / KS2 will have:
• QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong behaviour management and classroom control
• Ability to scaffold learning and use AFL effectively
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND within a mainstream setting
• A proactive, flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude
