* Deliver tailored, engaging Maths lessons suited to students' individual learning plans
* Support pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH and associated SEN needs
* Track progress, set personalised goals, and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
* Use therapeutic strategies to support behaviour and emotional development
* Work closely with pastoral staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support
* Uphold safeguarding policies and contribute to a safe, respectful learning environment
What You'll Bring
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
* Experience teaching Maths to students with SEN (SEMH preferred)
* Strong grasp of EHCPs and personalised education planning
* Confidence in adapting curriculum content for diverse learning styles
* Calm, consistent behaviour management and communication skills
* A reflective, flexible, and student-centred teaching approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
