Monarch Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in Walsall to recruit a full‑time SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is ideal for a resilient and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young people who may face emotional, behavioral, or social challenges and require consistent, structured support to succeed in education.
