Key Responsibilities Support classroom teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with additional needs
Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and behaviour support
Help monitor student progress and contribute to assessment and feedback
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as needed
Ideal Candidate A recent university graduate (any discipline considered)
Passionate about working with young people and committed to supporting their development
Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Some experience working with children or in educational settings is desirable but not essential
