A welcoming school in Rhondda Cynon Taf is looking for an enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join their team. You don't need formal teaching qualifications - just a passion for helping children succeed and the willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
* Support children individually and in small groups with their learning
* Help create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
* Encourage children to stay motivated, engaged, and confident
* Assist teachers with classroom activities and preparation
* Provide a listening ear and emotional support when needed
Who We're Looking For
* Enjoy working with children and young people
* Are patient, caring, and approachable
* Have good communication and teamwork skills
* Bring experience from childcare, youth work, sports coaching, customer service, or similar roles
* Are eager to learn new skills and make a difference in education
* (Previous school experience is welcome but not essential - transferable skills are highly valued.)
Requirements
* EWC registration (School Learning Support Worker category)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Two professional references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
