We’re seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the planning and execution of critical cutover activities for two key milestones: Hive Down and Day 1. This is a business-facing role that requires close collaboration with functional leads across Finance, HR, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of business-led cutover plans for large-scale transitions.
* Work closely with IT cutover leads and business functions (e.g. Finance, HR) to coordinate and align cutover tasks.
* Develop initial cutover plans independently, leveraging experience to create a solid foundation to refine with the client.

* Collaborate with senior functional leads and stakeholders to ensure readiness across all impacted areas.
* Act as the focal point for cutover status updates and communication during key transition phases.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record delivering Day 1 cutover planning on large, complex transactions—ideally in the Energy or Oil & Gas sectors (preferred but not essential).
* Strong understanding of key business processes such as O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and R2R (Record to Report).
* Ability to navigate and align technology enablers supporting business functions.
* Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly with senior business leads who balance competing priorities.
* Able to work independently and proactively shape deliverables with limited guidance
