A Day in the Life Your role involves conducting thorough market assessments to guide potential landlords. You'll advocate for the benefits of the letting services and property management solutions to secure instructions. This includes building and nurturing relationships with potential landlords and maintaining an updated database of potential tenants. Duties Perform market assessments for potential landlords. Promote the benefits of our letting services and property management solutions to secure instructions. Actively build and nurture relationships with potential landlords, securing business and assisting with property listings. Maintain an updated database of potential tenants, coordinate property viewings, and provide feedback to landlords. Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually agreeable terms, and oversee pre-tenancy checks. Stay updated with market trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices to provide informed advice and strategies to clients and colleagues, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. Skills & Attributes At least 1years experience in a Lettings Negotiator position. Full UK driving license. Familiarity with the Edmonton area. Demonstrated capacity to promote, generate, and execute market valuations, leading to successful property listings. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups. Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team. Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Hours of Work Monday Friday 9am 6pm Saturday - 9.30am 3.30pm 1 or 2 Saturdays per month on rotation, (Lieu Day given in the week).
